The Worst
I was told the price would be reduced if I did not move as much. I moved 6 boxes, not 10 and no lamp or wall unit - yet the price was not reduced. My night table was not delivered and my end tables were damaged. I was told the delivery would be on October 18 after 6 pm. I was not called or anything until the morning of October 23 by the driver who said he would deliver in 2 hours.
When contacted on October 14 by a representative named Guy, I was told that it didn't matter what I was promised; if I didn't have it in writing, it didn't matter. I was told originally that I would have 3 days' notice for the delivery. Then I was told I needed to give a date for the earliest delivery with 9 additional days.
I said November 9 and she said she would mark that as my earliest date -- then 2 days later I was called by a driver who said he would deliver on Thursday 10/15 or Friday 10/16 and I told him I would be out of town. He said I needed to call the main number because my stuff was on the truck. I haven't opend the boxes, so I don't know if there is any additional damage.
