Move Review
I give the move high marks overall, but I had some damage. I had a couple of scratches on 2 of my dining room chairs from an inexperienced mover. My new mattress had some scuffs on it and one of the corner plastic protective pieces for the box springs was ripped off by the same inexperienced mover. This same mover put dirty screws for my headboard and placed them on the mattress of my new bed and left grease spots on the mattress, which I can not remove.
The driver of the moving truck who was very experienced was excellent but had to keep directing the inexperienced mover. This same inexperienced mover even tried placing metal tools on my wooden dining room table which I had instructed him to remove immediately.

While everyone here goes through a training class, the helper assigned to your move is recently new to the moving industry (which is why he was paired up with one of our best movers).
