Move
The movers were only 30 minutes behind, but they did call me to tell me they would be late. The three guys that showed up were friendly and helpful. Our belongings were handled carefully and to our knowledge nothing broke in the move. The only problem was the quote for the move was grossly underestimated. The estimator on the phone quoted me about 3 hours plus the 1 hour trip charge. I knew it wouldn't be that cheap, but I only expected it to take an extra hour over what he quoted me.
The entire move itself took 6 hours plus the 1 hour trip charge and I ended up paying for 7 hours total at $85 per hour. He also failed to tell me that they charge $125 for stairs, but the foreman doing the moving didn't charge me for it (we had a 3 story townhouse) because I wasn't made aware of it before signing the contract. Overall, friendly movers with good experience.
