The move itself was good. However, there were problems with the price and damages. Broken bedroom mirror.Broken legs on knight table. .. refused to unload the truck unless paid in advance.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you were were happy with the move itself. Regarding any damage that may have occured due to human error, please contact the claims department for reimbursement. The payment in advance of unloading a truck is standard procedure and included on the written emails sent to the client prior to the move date, as well as on the contract itself.

Two hours into the move they wanted to charge for four hours or they threatened to leave with my furniture on the truck. I was forced to pay for the whole four hours and was treated very nastily.
