Get in-house estimate!

Broken furniture (nothing major) and movers seemed not to care. Simply little obvious concern for our stuff. GET 'not to exceed' IN-HOME estimate prior to move. We did move more boxes than listed on original estimate, but did not move the two queen beds on original estimate. We were told 3-5 days: our stuff did not arrive for 9 days.
