We do not guarantee times. We give estimated time windows only. Your time window is based on the customers throughout the day's schedule. We are the #1 volume mover in the State of Texas. We call the customers 30 minutes prior to our arrival.
We just cannot control what happens from one move to another to another. Most of our movers have 4-5 moves each day. They are dispatched based on an area of town to keep their mileage down. We have time windows of 7-12pm, 9-2pm(if elevator involved), 10-3pm, 1-6pm, 3-8pm, and 6-10pm.
We have been in business for 30 years and moved over 1.5 million satisfied customers with less than 1% damages. I looked at the moves for that day. This mover had 3 moves for the day. You were their scheduled 3rd move of the day. Their 2nd customer added a lot more stuff causing the movers to have to make two trips instead of one.
