It was nearly impossible to get a human on the phone after they picked up my furniture - I could only reach someone if I acted like I was interested in getting an estimate. My phone calls were not returned, I was frequently disconnected when put on hold to reach someone, and at one point was told by an employee when asking about the consequences of a breach of contract "what are you going to do, sue me? Go for it."

Needless to say it required a threat of lawsuit and the guarantee of filing complaints with every Better Business Bureau they are registered with to finalize a delivery date for my furniture (and then they were 5 hours late).

We were glad to be able to help this client resolve her inquiries. We also apologize that during the time frame referenced we had the unfortunate circumstance of several key employees being sick and out of the office, which did cause some discomfort for all involved.

Two hours into the move they wanted to charge for four hours or they threatened to leave with my furniture on the truck. I was forced to pay for the whole four hours and was treated very nastily.

The movers were not personible. The supervisor did not speak adequate english to communicate with us. They were slow and took six hr vvs. the advertised four. I would not recommend this company.
