A good move
I was pleased how they wrapped the furniture to prevent scratching and they were very pleasant to deal with. I was only disappointed in that I do not recall the fuel surcharge being disclosed and that the contract presented provided for drive time back as well as to as it was specifically stated that once unloaded at new site the movers were off the clock. The contract was changed after a phone call though.
I had a couple communications that indicated I would need wardrobe boxes and those were forgotten.
The movers however rigged up some straps and still got the clothes moved. Overall it was a good experience. I would just emphasize that a confirmation of all charges and specifications be confirmed a few days prior. I think that is normally the practice but just a phone call the day before for confirmation-should have gone over special items like wardrobe boxes etc and the oversight could have been avoided. I would use the company again though and be more proactive on my end to review all details.

Thanks again for using our services and for giving us feedback. It definitely helps us improve our customer service. Unfortunately, it sounds like our customer service was a little lacking during your move. The couple that handles most of our clerical and customer contact work were on a two-week vacation. The rest of the staff were trying our best to handle the rest of the the load. We'll definitely bring this up at our next managers' meeting and work on a way to make sure the next time we move you, you're 100 percent satisfied.
