Made sure I was satisfied
The movers were a little late because of a dispatching mixup and went to the wrong place. They didn't charge me for the extra time it took to do the move as they shouldn't have since it was their mix up. They broke a glass shelf, but they had a replacement made for me and picked it up and delivered it. So there were a couple of problems, but they took responsibility to correct them.

Thank you for the review Teri. I wish that every move could go without something getting damaged, but unfortunatly that is not the case in our line of work. If anything ever does get damaged, we make it our first priority to make it right with the customer.
