My only concern with this move was that they would not take the glass items (i.e., lamps, television, glass panels from china hutch) because they would have charged me more for having to wrap these items. This after the moving specialist from their office indicated to me that they would wrap all fragile items and move them as part of the estimate provided to me.
Therefore, I had to move these items myself. Another thing that I found strange and that was not indicated to me by the moving specialist was that i had to pay for the tolls that the movers had to pay to get to my apartment. For all of this they even expected a tip! This is the first experience I've had using a moving company. Hopefully, there won't be a next time for me, but if there is, I'm going to make sure everything is in writing.

In regards to this consumer's comments, we certainly explain all charges before the initial move takes place. During the inital phone conversation, all details of services are discussed. All wrapping and crating of fragile items are additional to the total cost of the move. In this case, the cost of us packing would've been worth every penny if the consumer needed it.
Once our representatives thoroughly explain the breakdown of all costs, we also assist the consumer with deciding which of our many services is most beneficial for them. We absolutely stand behind our name in regards to All Inclusive services. It's imperative that our consumers know that packing fragiles and tolls are not included. Gratuity is totally decided by the client, after experiencing our top-notch moving services.
Since we've been in business, 80% of our moves come from either referrals or repeat customers (having used us several times over the years). We appreciate feedback from our customers, and will continue to AIM for moving excellence! As noted, the accuracy of this estimate as 100%. There were no additional costs or hidden fees (see upper right side of this page). Although this consumer mentions she hopes she will never have to move again, if she does, we will be more than happy to of assistance again.
