Not Bad, Not Great
The estimator and the actual
moving staff (drivers, etc.) were very polite, cheerful, pleasant and hard-working. We found communication from the main office pretty poor, and felt that we had to nag them for information about when our items would arrive. We packed our own
boxes so any breakages inside were our fault - there have been a few items that were broken but not as many as I might have expected. One of our major pieces of furniture was broken coming off the truck and a part of our bed is missing, both things that probably wouldn't have happened if only they had arrive to make the delivery on time. We are in the process of claiming these items, but we're not sure how that will go. Over all the movers were some of the nicest and hardest working people I've come across, it's just a shame that the main office wasn't more responsive to our queries.
