I gave the move itself decent grades, but I had a few issues.

I had several items that were not put into boxes that i was planning on moving myself, in my car, because they were small items. However, the movers decided to put them into boxes without a) asking me or b) informing me.

One of the things they boxed was a large flower pot, for a floor plant, which, when i opened the box in the new apartment, discovered that it was smashed into tiny pieces!!! Also, because they just decided to put things into boxes without telling me, the price JUMPED from $380 to $1000. It was unbelievably expensive. I just moved last week, so I have not been able to submit a claim for these items yet, but I will be doing that quite soon.

We are a professional moving company , and everything that we send our men to pick-up has to be properly packed.

If not, yes we use our own material to pack and our clients are aware of that before pick-up that it WILL COST EXTRA; our men always inform the client as to what needs to be pack. We are truly sorry for damages; please do file a claim.

On-Time Delivery

The movers were on time. The delivery was done before expected date but I was happy about it. My only problem was they charged me nearly 300 bucks extra which is a lot. Staff was ok.
