February 22, 2012 - The New York Post reports that NBA star Jeremy Lin may not need a moving company for his new pad at the W Hotel in New York since it is fully furnished and ready for the Knicks player.While the exact amount he will be paying to rent the exclusive residency is unknown, real estate sites say rents at the posh hotel located in Manhattan's Financial District range between $3,600 to $8,900. The media outlet says the apartment he will be renting was previously listed for sale for $2.315 million and is furnished with somewhere around $35,000 worth of furniture.Lin is in his first season with the Knicks and before signing papers to the new apartment he reportedly spent nights on his brother's couch but also has a place at the Trump Tower in White Plains.The paper reports that the newer, more luxurious apartment offers 1,182 square feet of living space including two bedrooms. Lin will likely enjoy some of the building amenities including a gym, lounge, game room, movie theater and rooftop terrace.
