January 27, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that musician Billy Howerdel is moving out of his home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Studio City. Records show he purchased the home for $1.685 million back in 2008 and has listed it at a slightly higher price of $1.799 million.Howerdel is one of the founding members of A Perfect Circle, and also worked as a guitar technician for other rock bands including Tool and Nine Inch Nails. More recently, he started a solo project/band called Ashes Divide and has been touring around the West Coast in recent years.According to The Times, the Mediterranean-style estate was built in 2008 and has 4,000 square feet including five bedrooms. Other features of the home include tall 10-foot ceilings throughout the home's formal and living rooms, a granite-countered kitchen and multiple fireplaces, Outside the property offers California basics including a barbecue, a misting system, swimming pool and a spa.It has not been reported if Howerdel has decided on a moving date but the New Jersey native may enjoy the West Coast weather.
