Kellan Lutz calls moving company in Venice Beach
August 9, 2011 - Kellan Lutz, best known for his role in "Twilight," has just turned renter in Venice, California, according to Curbed.
Lutz, who began his career as a model, was nearly cast as Edward Cullen in the "Twilight" saga. However, the actor had a scheduling conflict and after Robert Pattinson signed on as the lead, he was offered the role of Edward's brother instead.
Apparantly, his work in the tween vampire series has payed off, as his new rental property will set him back $7,250 per month, the source reports.
The contemporary Craftsman-style home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,400 square feet of living space. The two-story property has open living spaces and an updated kitchen with a center island, mahogany cabinets and black granite countertops, according to the Real Estalker.
The master bedroom suite has a fire place for chilly nights, a private balcony and a walk-in closet. There is also a roof deck, koi pond and flagstone terrace that Lutz can relax on after the moving company unpacks his moving boxes, according to the source.
