January 25, 2012 - Sources report that former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon is moving out of her home in the Hamptons. The beach house located in East Hampton that she previously rented for $300,000 each summer has been listed for sale at $12 million.Before her role on the reality show, Bensimon was a model and an editor for Elle magazine. More recently, she has become an author, writing three books, and has her own jewelry line. Sources say she won't be returning for another season with the Real Housewives.The two-story mansion offers 5,800 square feet of living space including five bedrooms. The extravagant estate sits on 1.2 acres of land and has a swimming pool and pond. Other features of the home include multiple fireplaces, terraces and a chef's kitchen with all stainless steel details.Despite rumors that she is selling the family home for loss of income, Bensimon may be doing fine financially as she currently has many business projects in the making including a new shoe line, the release of one of her books and a new television show.
