January 20, 2012 - Sources report that Drake is moving out of his Miami condominium, and has listed two side-by-side units. Despite combining the condos, which were featured in his music video for I'm on One, he has listed them separately with one asking $1.9 million and the other just under $600,000. He purchased the properties in the Marquis Miami complex for one price of $1.903 million in January last year.The music mogul began his career as an actor and is well-known for his previous teenage role on the television show Degrassi. In 2009, he was signed to rapper Lil Wayne's record label and has released two albums.The larger and more expensive unit has 3,800 square feet of living space including three bedrooms while the smaller, 1,675-square-foot condo has just one bedroom. All units in the building have floor to ceiling windows with views of the city from Biscayne Boulevard.Residents of the Marquis can enjoy a variety of amenities including an 8,000-square-foot spa, rooftop pool deck and concierge services.It has not been reported where the singer will be relocating to, but sources say he has homes on both the East and West coasts.
