January 31, 2012 - Sources report that actress Selma Blair is moving out of her California home near the Sunset Strip. She reportedly purchased the home back in 2004 for $1.315 million and has listed it for a slightly higher $1.78 million.Blair is best known for her roles in movies including Cruel Intentions, Legally Blonde and more recently, Darkhorse and Replicas. The actress just had her first child with boyfriend/fashion designer Jason Bleick.The home was built in 1922 and offers 3,000 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The estate is gated and tall hedges offer additional privacy for potential buyers.Photos of the home showcase its contemporary design with open white spaces and lots of natural light. Other features of the home include white wood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and walls and multiple fireplaces.It has yet to be reported where Blair and her small family will be relocating to, but it is likely they will stay on the West Coast.
