Sports agent Jonathan Weisz selling home including baseball field

November 10, 2011 - Sports agent Jonathan Weisz is selling his home in Poway, California. The home is currently listed for somewhere between $9.2 million to $11 million. It hasn’t been reported why there is a range in pricing but, the home is not just a house, as the property also has a regulation-size little league baseball field that Weisz had built.

Sign On San Diego reported on the controversial construction of the baseball field. Weisz asked for permission to build a baseball field with lights, dugouts and a backstop near his house. The city council denied his request but Weisz scaled-down his ideas and built a field without all the extras. The council still regulated what the field could be used for, restricting it to use by his sons and friends of the family.

Now he is selling his 42-acre property which include the baseball field, batting cage, riding corral, barn and three estates. The Mediterranean-style main house has three stories and has over 13,000 square feet. There is also a 2,500-square-foot guest house and a third 3,000-square-foot guest house over stables.

Surely he is sad to leave behind the estate he created and practically fought to have, but the agent has stated he is simply moving.
