The home was originally listed at $899,000.Sanz is best known for his time on television's Saturday Night Live but has also been in films including Road Trip and Step Brothers and more recently on television's 30 Rock.The modest home has 900 square feet of living space including 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but has a very open floor plan. The interior of the home has wood floors and tall ceilings.The unit is on the top floor and has a huge roof deck complete with a wood burning fireplace. Photos featured on the online listing show a well-maintained deck with plenty of room for entertaining friends.Is has not been reported where the comedian is moving to, but reports say he if offering the new owner a 1-year rebate for taking the brownstone off his hands.
