Record producer Ralph Sall lists California home
December 7, 2011 - The Los Angeles Times reports that record producer Ralph Sall is selling his Sunset Strip area house for $2.95 million. The home was recently remodeled, but still offers buyers a Spanish-influenced mini mansion.
Sall is best known as a producer and songwriter, and has worked with artists and bands including Paul McCartney, Jewel and Sugar Ray, says The Times. He has worked on countless television programs as a music consultant, including Degrassi and Weeds, as well as films such as Billy Madison and Mean Girls. He is also the president of Bulletproof Entertainment.
The home was built in 1926 and has nearly 3,300 square feet of living space, according to the source. The main house includes five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, while there is a separate full guesthouse. Inside the home features Spanish influenced design including iron work, archways and doors.
The source also reports that the home's outdoor features include a saltwater pool, wrap around decks and patios, as well as a loggia.
It has not been reported where the musical genius will be moving to, but the upgraded home is not expected to be on the market for very long.
