November 9, 2011 - Actress Kaley Cuoco of the television hit the Big Bang Theory has sold her home in Sherman Oaks for $822,500. She bought the home in 2005 for $1.355 million and put it back on the market for $995,000 in February of this year. The LA Times reported that Cuoco stayed in Sherman Oaks but upgraded to a place with at least double the square footage.Cuoco is also known for her roles in other television shows like Charmed and 8 Simple Rules, and as ratings for Big Bang Theory go up, she might keep moving into bigger homes - the actress is reportedly making $200,000 per episode.The Spanish-style property was built in 1937 but underwent renovations to keep it at celeb-worthy status. The home has nearly 2,170 square feet of living space including three bedrooms and three bathrooms.Special features within the home include distressed hardwood floor, recessed lighting and large dramatic arched doorways. Outside the home has a whimsical garden with a stepping-stone path leading to the covered patio that connects with French doors at the rear entrance to the house.
