The unit has been on the market since 2008 and was originally listed at $10.5 million. Aniston is rumored to have purchased the home to share with beau actor-screenwriter Justin Theroux.It seems like she has taken a liking to the east coast after recently selling a home in Beverly Hills for $37 million in June. She also has two penthouse homes in New York’s West Village, making this her third property in New York.The place at Gramercy has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and over 2,873 square feet of living space including 12-foot ceilings. It sits on the ninth floor and is reportedly the only apartment in the building that has a perfect view of the only private park in Manhattan.Being a resident has its perks with five-star amenities including room service, valet, house-keeping, butler service, a membership to the David Barton Gym and access to the Gramercy Park Hotel, perfect to relax after moving boxes.
