December 13, 2011 - The California home of the late actress Elizabeth Montgomery is now for sale. She was the star of television's sitcom Bewitched, which ran from 1964-1973. After her death in 1995, the house had a couple of different owners, most recently soap opera star Craig Sheffer.Montgomery earned five Emmy and four Golden Globe nominations for her role as the witch Samantha Stephens. Sheffer was first known for his role on One Life to Live and has been in films including A River Runs Through It. It has not been reported where he will be relocating to.Sources report that the star power of homeowners has not been enough to sell the property which has been put on and pulled off the market since May last year. It was originally listed for $1.99 million, but has received a large $700,900 price cut.The home has 2,400 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Other features of the home include a chandelier, a meditation balcony and fireplaces. Outside the home features cabanas, a spa grotto and a waterfall. The listing also says that the Agoura Hills estate offers views of the Santa Monica mountains and Malibou lake.
