January 20, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that movie executive Roger Birnbaum has listed his home Beverly Hills at $15.75 million. He purchased the home from a former talent manager, Sandy Galin, for $16.5 million back in 2007. Galin also found a career as a high-end remodeler, and his work is evident in photos shown in the home's listing.Birnbaum started the film production company Spyglass Entertainment with Gary Barber in 1998 and the two remain co-chief executives.According to The Times, the home offers 7,200 square feet of living space including four bedrooms and five bathrooms and sits on nearly a half acre of land. The two-story contemporary farmhouse has an open living room, a gym and a master bedroom with city views from the multiple terraces. Sliding glass doors open up to a large backyard complete with gardens and a swimming pool.It has not been reported where the family will be relocating to, but they will likely remain in California.
