Jennifer Aniston shacks up in Los Angeles
August 29, 2011 - While Jennifer Aniston may have just purchased a pair of enviable condos in New York City, it seems the starlet is sending the cross country movers back toward Los Angeles, where she is reportedly renting a quaint love shack with new beau, screenwriter and actor Justin Theroux, according to The Los Angeles Times.
Aniston also recently sold her painstakingly renovated Los Angeles area home, dubbed "Ohana," for a record $38 million. However, the rom-com veteran is reportedly looking to buy in the area with Theroux, but the pair have settled on renting until the perfect piece of real estate presents itself, the source reports.
Aniston's current West Coast spread has just two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a far cry from the sprawling Ohana. The 1,761-square-foot Ranch-style home also has a two-car garage, pitched ceilings and a bevy of built-in bookcases, the Real Estalker explains.
The central living space has vaulted wood-beamed ceilings and French doors that open to a limestone outdoor patio. There is also a pool and spa for Jen and her man to relax in after the moving company has finished unpacking their fine wares, the source reports.
The pair are reportedly shelling out $20,000 a month to live in the home, which is also available to purchase if the are inclined to postpone another moving day, according to the source.
