February 8, 2012 - Real estate blog The Real Estalker reports that writer and producer Terence Winter may soon be needing movers as he packs up his home in Los Angeles. He reportedly purchased the home back in 2008 for just over $4 million with his wife but has recently listed the home for sale at $6.65 million.Winter is best known for writing and producing popular television series including The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire, but previously worked on series such as Sister, Sister and Xena: Warrior Princess. He has won Emmys for both shows featured on the HBO network. The source says Winter bought the home from writer Leonard Stern.According to the blog, the home sits on a quarter acre of land and offers 5,688 square feet of living space including six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Other features of the Mediterranean-style home include hardwood floors, a stone fireplace, a formal living room complete with a library, a wine room, wet bar and a gourmet kitchen.The Real Estalker says that Winter and his family will be relocating to New York while he continues to work on filming for Boardwalk Empire.
