February 22, 2012 - The Los Angeles Times reports that comedian and actor Cheech Marin is packing up his beach house in Malibu. He originally listed the home for sale back in May at $5.995 million and recently it reportedly sold for $5.34 million to an unrevealed buyer.Marin is best known for the Cheech and Chong series of films created with friend Tommy Chong throughout the 1970s and 80s. More recently, he has starred on Lost, Nash Bridges and Judging Amy.According to the Times, the Craftsman-style home sits on almost an acre of land on the beachfront and has direct access to the sand and water. Though the approximate square footage of the home was not reported, the home has three bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Other notable features of the home include stained-glass windows, fireplaces, vaulted beamed ceilings and a detached music roomWhile is has not been reported to where he will be relocating, he will likely miss the patios and steps leading to the beach if he chooses to leave Malibu.
