January 10, 2012 - Sources report that actress Jennifer Connelly and her husband Paul Bettany have listed their home in New York for $8.495 million. The couple reportedly began moving boxes into the home in 2008 when they purchased it for $6.995 million.Connelly is a Grammy-award winning actress and has starred in films including A Beautiful Mind, Blood Diamond and Requiem for a Dream. Bettany is also well known in Hollywood and acted in movies including Iron Man and The Da Vinci Code.The penthouse has 4,000 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. In addition to the oversized living room with views of the Hudson River, the home has a 1,380-square-foot outdoor rooftop space, making it perfect for entertaining a large number of guests. The home is one of 14 units in the building completed in 1890 and converted to the living space in 1984.It has not been reported where the famous couple is relocating to but rumors of a new baby may mean they will be moving boxes into a larger home.
