Musician Shannon Leto moving into new home in California
November 4, 2011 - Shannon Leto of rock band 30 Seconds to Mars, purchased a home near California’s Sunset Strip. The home was bank-owned but sold for a nice $900,000.
The drummer formed the band with brother Jared Leto who is both the lead singer and a well-known Hollywood actor, despite his desire for a clear distinction between the two professions. The band started in Los Angeles back in 1998 and now both brothers are back in the LA area.
The Mediterranean style home is in a gated community and has three bedrooms including a master suite, three bathrooms and totals almost 2,600 square feet of living space. The home also features a large family room, two fireplaces and an office, while a pool resides just outside. This new property sounds like a great place to rest and relax after being on tour.
Shannon, who is often referred to as Shanimal, normally takes to Twitter to discuss exciting events such as concerts from the night before, but has yet to post about the move. Fans are hoping the self-proclaimed photographer will surely post snapshots of himself with the moving boxes.
