Alexander, who actually won an Emmy for his work on "Lost," has penned lines for a number of other series as well, including "Alias" and "Heroes," also works to develop video games and writes graphic novels in his spare time. The writer purchased the home in 2002 for $1.1 million and is now inviting potential buyers to show up with the moving boxes for $2.1 million, the source explains.
Built in 1964, the single-family, Cape-style home has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 4,399 square feet of living space. The gated estate is set back from the street and offers potential homebuyers plenty of privacy.
