Justin Timberlake moving across town
May 23, 2011 - Justin Timberlake, who left TriBeCa for a Soho penthouse last year, has finally passed his Pearline Soap Factory pad over to a new homeowner, according to Curbed.
JT hosted the season finale of Saturday Night Live this past weekend. The multi-talented Timberlake did not do double duty as a musical guest, as the ever-controversial Lady Gaga filled that role. However, Timberlake's performance was not without a song and dance. Justin returned to the Lonely Island with castmember Andy Samberg and brought Gaga along for the ride.
The singer, actor, designer, and so on, originally listed the property in December, and chopped the price by a quarter of a million in February, according to the source.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom loft-style apartment has 11-foot ceilings and 14 floor-to-ceiling windows, according to the Modlin Group, the real estate agents that are listing the property. Two of the bedrooms are suites, with adjoining bathrooms, and the master suite also has a walk-in closet. The open living area, which boasts views of the Hudson River, includes a modern kitchen and plenty of space for entertaining.
The asking price for the 3,000 square-foot space is just under $5 million, and The Modlin Group reports that a contract has been signed already, which means the new owners should be moving in soon.
