Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford moving out
May 5, 2011 - The Los Angeles Times reports that television mom Kelly Rutherford has put her West Hollywood home on the real estate market. Perhaps the actress and mother of two growing children is looking to spread out because the abode is on the small side, just two bedrooms and one-and-three-quarter bathrooms. However, due to its updated kitchen and outdoor bar, the property still has much to offer to those who are looking for a cozy place to call home.
Miss Rutherford spends much of her time in New York City and has a New York boyfriend, lawyer Marcus Ernst, according to the Huffington Post. However, the starlet is expected to keep one foot in Los Angeles, as she shares custody of her two children with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, who resides in LA, according to Real Estalker.
The quaint bungalow, purchased before Rutherford's marriage for $1.25 million, is listed for $1.29 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. For those not ready to take the plunge into homebuying, the space is also available to renters for a modest $4,995 per month.
