December 2, 2011 - Comedian David Spade has put his Malibu home on the market for $13.5 million. A source reports that he spends most of his time at his Los Angeles home and had been trying to get rid of the Malibu home since 2007 when he listed it for $16 million. Spade bought the home in 2005 for $9.3 million and the property underwent major renovations shortly after.The actor got his start on television's Saturday Night Live and has since starred in films including Tommy Boy, Grown Ups and more recently pal Adam Sandler's film Jack and Jill. He currently stars on the series Rules of Engagement.The home was built in 2005 and sits on a quarter acre lot. The home has 3,763 square feet of living space spread out over two stories, including four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The house is located on La Costa Beach which is famous for attracting celebrities.The beachfront location is sure to have someone calling the moving company soon.
