Singer Sheryl Crow moving out of Hollywood Hills home

October 3, 2012 - The Grammy-winning singer Sheryl Crow has been buying and selling homes throughout the country, as she currently owns a waterfront home in Florida and recently purchased a large ranch-style home in Nashville, Tennessee, just last year. Some of her recent investments may have prompted her to list her Los Angeles area home for sale, as it has appeared on the market with a $15.95 million asking price.

The private estate sits on 11 acres of land, while the Spanish-style main home it accompanied by a smaller separate cottage, used as a guest house. The main home was built in 1914 and offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, while the cottage provides an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The home's official listing dubs the Hollywood Hills West property as a private celebrity compound, while photos highlight the numerous star-approved upgrades throughout the house. Some notable features of the home include an infinity pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a spa, wood burning fireplaces and a kitchen with vintage appliances.

While it has not been reported if she will be moving boxes into another home in Southern California, she has been known to enjoy coastal living.
