Anthony Weiner�s Queens co-op is off the market

June 10, 2011 - Representative Anthony Weiner and his wife Huma Abedin have taken their Queens co-op off the real estate market in New York City in response to backlash from Weinergate, according to Curbed.

The home was originally listed for $449,000 in May and Curbed reports that it was pulled just a few days ago. The two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom home is located in the Forrest Hills Gardens area and features crown molding and an updated kitchen. There is also a dining room and living room which gets natural sunlight during the day, according to Realtor.com.

There is no word on why the couple was planning on moving, and the source also points out that the home served as a backdrop for many of the self-portraits Weiner is now getting flack for. Several of the photos were taken in the second bedroom, which Weiner had been using as a home office.

It was recently revealed that Weiner - who has news agents nationwide abuzz over his tawdry internet behavior - and his sure to be seething wife are expecting their first child, according to the New York Post. While Weiner, who refuses to resign, is losing democratic support at an alarming rate, his wife Huma is continuing on as a top aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
