Hank Azaria needs a moving company in Soho

August 1, 2011 - Funny man Hank Azaria, who provides many of the character voices for long-running animated comedy "The Simpsons" needs a moving company in New York City. That is because the multi-talented actor is ready to open up his Soho condo to renters, according to Curbed.

The six-room space was built in 1880 and is being offered with furnishings. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the loft provides more than space than the typical New York City apartment. High ceilings, white walls and light hardwood floors add to the spacious feel, according to Stribling and Associates, the real estate agents handling the sale.

Tin ceilings in the kitchen and built-in bookcases in the living spaces compliment building’s pre-war design. The living room offers plenty of space to stretch out in, while exposed brick walls and French doors add character. The unit also has a private, state-of-the art gym and a media room, according to the source.

Azaria, who is starring as cartoon villein Azriel in this Summer’s "The Smurfs" movie, is renting the space for $16,000 per month, according to The Wall Street Journal.
