New Beginnings I requested a binding estimate and on the moving day, the supervisor reviewed the inventory list to verify the estimate. There were three medium size boxes extra and the supervisor kindly allowed it with no extra charge since I had one bookcase instead of two. The crew was very courteous and handled my shipment very carefully and wrapped it properly. I'd advise others to ask for a binding estimate based on the inventory list they provide to the moving company and to stick to the list.
