Not Happy
I'm completely not happy and am planning on writing to the
moving company. Even though I put in no claim, my mirror was broken but figured I wouldn't get much any way. There was massive miscommunication on the owner’s part. I was told they would de assemble and re assemble things. Well they took things apart, made my husband help and then said they couldn't put it back together because he helped. Well he didn't help with two of the beds or the table. I will definitely not recommend them to friends or family, nor use them again.

Response from The Country Picker Moving & Storage
Sorry to here this complaint this way. Customer never call us to give us the opportunity to address. Three major points. 1) We re-assemble anything we take apart. I had two men on the delivery, one of which was on the pick up in NH. We delivered on a Sunday, and we not in a hurry to leave. Customer said that her husband would re-assemble the beds, so I don't understand why it is a problem now. 2) Her move was delivered within the terms of our original agreement. We said it would be 5 to 7 days, and we delivered on the 7th day. We had communicated that we would deliver on Saturday, but were delayed in SC. That information was passed along to the customer in a timely manor. (3) No claim for the mirror was made nor were we notified of the damage. We would be happy to make an adjustment or replace it should she decide to file a claim. In summary, we will be contacting the customer to have a dialog and will do our best to resolve to her satisfaction. Phil LeBlanc, owner
