Worst Experience of My Life

I would not recommend that you use Royal Relocation Systems. This company provided, perhaps one of the worst experiences in my lift. I found the main salesperson for the company to be unprofessional, discourteous and spiteful. Despite the fact that my move in question was quoted to be roughly $1,000 less than I originally agreed to pay, I put up this because the salesperson agreed to take my corporate American Express card. He added additional fees to do so, mind you, regardless of the fact that their website clearly states they honor AMEX. The salesperson failed to return three phone calls inquiring when my goods were to be delivered. After I complained to his superior, the salesperson told me that they can no longer accept my AMEX payment (which had already been processed) and that I would need to come up with the $3,600 in cash within 24 hours. Keep in mind, he told me this on Friday at 5:15PM. After I refused to pay my movers cash when they arrived at 10p.m. on Saturday night, my goods were placed in a storage facility. Royal Relocation also took all the boxes and wrapping that I had purchased, leaving items such as paintings and televisions upside down on a concrete floor. Three weeks later, and with considerable efforts from my corporate legal team, I obtained a key to pick up my goods...and had to hire new movers. Needless to say, I will be pursuing legal action against Royal Relocation Systems. Please take my advice and stay away from this company. You will be much happier with a larger company even if they are more expensive.
