Local Move
There were hidden charges and they were very slow -- four hours over the time estimated. There were also shelves missing and we were not offerred additional insurance. When I called to inquire about the increase from estimate, the customer rep was not as friendly, as when she wanted my business. $350 charge for using furniture pads, most companies use their own and you do not pay.

Your belongings went from your home to a storage facility and then were to be be transported long distance. The
moving pads we have are used for moves on daily bases, a rental fee in this case is necessary, in addition you asked the crew to shrink wrap your upholstered item which they did and the only other packing supplies used was sealing tape, the crew took all the necessary steps to make your move as smooth as possible.
