Quality But Slow
The
movers were very polite, but much slower than expected. What was estimated as a four-hour move ended up taking six hours, eating up most of my day. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of care they took with my belongings, but would not recommend them if time is of the essence.

We appreciate the accolades on the politeness of our staff and the high level of quality and care that Neighors provided during this move. Neighbors Moving has been named Mover of the Year for the last 3 years in a row in Seattle because of the fact that our movers make every effort to ensure a safe and efficient move. At the time of reserving, Ms. Stafford was quoted and hourly rate and was instructed that the amount of time would be determined by how much she needed to move. Neighbors offered to have her fill out an inventory list to let us know how much she needed to move and that, based on this list that we'd be able to offer an approximation of hours as well. Ms. Stafford did not provide that information to Neighbors Moving, so it was mutually agreed upon that the move would be priced based on how many hours were used at the discounted rate she was quoted. A price for 4 hours was not quoted to Ms. Stafford or agreed upon by her or Neighbors Moving prior to the move, but instead the move was priced hourly only. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate the feedback.
