Mostly Excellent Service
The movers were excellent. They were on-time, courteous, and very very accomodating. The only issue during the entire move was that one of the movers pulled a chest of drawers and severely scratched our wood floors. You can see the scratch marks from where the chest of drawers use to be all accross the bedroom floor.
I informed the movers right away about this, and they recognized that it was their fault. I also reported this incident with the salesperson who we dealt with, but there was no follow-up. It seems that this moving company has no mechanisms to deal with these issues. I'm very sadden b/c now we have to cover the cost of fixing the floors. This was the only bad part of an altogether positive experience.
