Oh what a morning
The staff did their job, were courteous and knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, I felt it could have went faster and I wouldn't have to pay so much. This was a furniture move and not the
movers fault, the company was slow putting my order out so they could load on truck, but I still think my guys could have did a little better. Also, my nuts/bolts to my new furniture is missing and I think they were "accidentally" thrown away with the moving companies "shrink wrap" that they put on. The did an "excellent" job making sure nothing got damaged, scratched, etc.. but they were slow:( I might use them again but all the "extra" fees drove me nuts, I didn't complain, I just paid them and that was it. Imagine this.. $5800.00 for furniture and $345 for the move when you were told $200.00. I'm over it and they were 15 minutes late and they "charge" by the hoyr ($87).. need I say more)
