Unhappy Customer
I would not recommend this
moving company to anyone that I know. The size of the job was underestimated from the beginning. We were overcharged for the move. I have made a complaint to the company but have not heard anything back from it. The truck was not big enough for all our belongings. They wanted to come back on Monday to finish the job. We told them were closing on Monday from the very beginning. So they made two trips, and didn.t get done until 3:30 am! The job started at 6:30 am they left at 4:30. We were told they couldn't return until 11:30 pm that night. That is why it didn't get completed until 3:30 am. They over charged us over $800.00 at that time in the morning what choice did we have? They already had our stuff. We are storing it until January, so I don't know there is any damage. We are very unhappy customers.

We regret that the customer feels that way. As mentioned to the customer when the estimator came he was not aware that the items were going to our storage. He assumed it was going to the new house. This was a misunderstanding. It can happen that estimates are lower than the originally estimated but also can be higher, which is why the customer received two months of free storage. This is an $800 value!
The move took longer and indeed we had to come back for the second load. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We gave them different options for loading time and it wasn't working with their schedule.
Their belongings were handled professionally and are safe in our storage facility and when will be delivered to them when they are ready. Should you need any more info about this please contact us.
