Not a good experience
It was actually two moves, since we needed storage for a week. I was told that there was a first month free shipping promotion, but the day of the move there was no more free storage space. It was not clear that the total charge would double the estimate. Also, there was no way to confirm the actual time it took to unload truck into storage, and to load truck from storage. Also, the
movers would not unload truck until I paid the total amount due, in cash.
