Nightmare
I decided to use this moving company primarily because they said they were able to pick up and deliver my shipment on the required dates. They were over seven hours late on pick up and three days late on delivery. I was not given any compensation nor was my time any concern of theirs. The original quote was way low and I never have received an actual receipt for the entire cost of my move or a receipt for the truck weight after pick up. The best thing about the move was the kids they hired locally off of Craigslist to get my things off the truck. I thought the company was very unprofessional and they hire random people to do the loading, driving, and unloading. I would definitely not recommend this company or ever use again. Unless my company is moving me I will move myself from now on.
