Beware of Hidden Costs

The sales person aggressively pursued our business. She did not fully explain the many additional charges that we were faced with once they were on premises to pick up our belongings. The additive weight charge was very high (75%) more and the additional charges for what they considered protection were out of line. $600 in additional charges was almost half again the original estimate. We got a good lesson in the methods of moving company policies. The delivery people in Sarasota were outstanding
