I will never use Premier Van Line ever again!

I will never use Premier Vanlines ever again as long as I live. Their staff were one of the worst that I'd ever experienced in my life. The quote that was given to me was nowhere near of what I actually had to pay. Their company also guaranteed me that they would deliver my belongings within 7 to 14 business days. Well, guess what...I finally got my stuff on 9/24, finally. Last, but not least, the damages to my furniture was unheard of. I did anticipate some minor damages to my stuff, but the actual damages that was done to my furniture was surreal and very painful to see. I didn't have the time nor the effort (this is what I would call it "worthless") to file a claim as the processing takes too damn long. I just have to move forward, and hopefully, I will never have to deal with this type of relocation experience ever again.

I haven't sent in a claim yet. However, the movers at both ends were efficient, courteous and prompt. The most important thing was that the scheduling could take place on line.
