Florida Movers And Storage

Danny Ben was the agent that I was talking with. He was very nice and courteous and willing to move the moving date according to my desires. The estimate was a fair price, but I wish he would have been upfront on moving supplies.

The movers were nice, the window of pickup was extended due to the fact they were coming from miami. I found those gentlemen were very nice and careful of my items. I did have a problem with delivery. The delivery movers called at 10 pm to the wrong number (mine) instead of the delivery number (mothers). I didn't think that calling at 10 pm was very professional and not even calling the right number (which was listed on the form). There were strict instructions that the delivery could only be done on friday or saturday due to work and again, they delivered on sunday.

Then when reviewing the form, I had overpaid by $100 and called Danny Ben to discuss it. He did the appropriate thing by directing me to his office manager, also Danny. A call was placed to him and was directed to voicemail in reference to the error w/name, number, moving order, and time (april 29, 2009 @ 12.11pm). I still have not heard back. I would I use them again.

In response to this review, FL Movers & Storage would like to state in this matter that on April 29 2009, Mrs. Nichols called the headquarter sales department of FL Movers & Storage.

She spoke to Danny Ben about the $100 overcharge and Mr. Ben forwarded the message to Danny Dean the office manager, to his voice mail.

Unfortunately, Mr. Dean never received the message about the mater. On May 5ft 2009, FL Movers & Storage received Mrs. Nichols Money Order and on May 7th 2009, Mrs. Nichols called for the second time.

She advised Mr. Dean, the office manager, about the overcharge and FL Movers & Storage credited her Credit Card immediately on the same day. We apologized to Mrs. Nichols over the phone for the error and the inconvenience.
